Assess the bike. Try and remedy the situation. We will let you know what needs doing and if we don't have the parts will either take the bike away and sort it or Leave it with you and return to fix it at a later date which we can arrange with you. Note this service is more of a diagnostic than anything else. You may require additional work which, if we have the time on the schedule ,we will be happy to do. SERVICE LEVEL 1 Back to Basics

We will give your steed a once over , checking and adjusting so that you are safe to ride. Ideal for kids bikes and adult bikes that haven't seen much use . SERVICE LEVEL 2 Good Going Over

More info The good going over is probably our most popular level of service. It does what it says. We will go over your bike checking and adjusting lubing and cleaning . We will advise on work required and if parts are available we will repair or replace once given your go ahead. We operate if it aint broke dot fix it policy. However, we will let you know if things are nearing the end of their life. You can always ask us for extras as well such as "While you are at it can I have some new Bar Tape or can you fit a new Speedo/ Chain Catcher etc etc " Just add the Bar Tape option from the list or the "Add a little something extra" from the list. SERVICE LEVEL 3 Attention to Detail

Ensuring everything is cleaned , lubed and re assembled with correct torque settings. We will also be checking your wheels and truing as necessary.
